Summary:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling budget-related tasks, and providing general office support. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team's administrative needs.
What are the key responsibilities? - Manage complex calendar for Senior Partner Director.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Process business expenses.
- Manage team headcount, PCN updates, and recruiting tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and financial operations.
- Handle procurement of goods and services.
- Provide general office support.
- Serve as the department/group contact.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Attend the office 2-3 times per week and be available for special events.
What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- College degree.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience leading a large group of 350+ people.
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Experience with large corporate teams.
- Previous work experience in a technology industry.
