Job Description
We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our Lease Administration organization. This role requires being on-site at the Microsoft Redmond, WA campus at least 3 days per week to collect, send out, and track mail, among other duties.
Responsibilities- Be available 3 days a week at the Microsoft Campus in Redmond, WA.
- Manage scanning and filing of paper documents.
- Review, scan, and route incoming mail.
- Collect mail, send out mail including FEDEX/DHL, track package receipt, confirm package delivery.
- Archive, index, and box lease files for off‑site storage.
- Support Account Director, Operation Manager, and CRMs, as needed.
- Triage all cases for Newmark and Microsoft CO+I in the Case Management System.
- Monitor the email box and create cases in the Case Management System.
- Work closely with MS Space in assigning buildings to the database.
- Work in various SharePoint sites uploading documents.
- Run monthly reporting and send to shareholders.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Minimum 2 years related work experience that includes lease administration and accounting.
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate principles and financial concepts.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and decision‑making skills highly desired.
- Ability to work effectively in an organizational structure and interact positively with various groups of individuals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and its applications.
