What's the Job?- Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple time zones for senior leadership, ensuring optimal scheduling and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate and execute operational tasks, identify process gaps, and leverage productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning for new hires, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
- Handle expense documentation, purchase orders, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking with accuracy and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including international travel arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- 7+ years of experience in administrative support, business support, or customer service roles supporting executive teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgets related to events, travel, and training with attention to detail.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and high emotional intelligence.
