Executive Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading technology organization based in Redmond, WA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an integral part of the executive support structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and fostering a productive work environment. Contract Length: 6-18 months

Pay Range: $30-$34/hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple time zones for senior leadership, ensuring optimal scheduling and meeting preparation.
  • Coordinate and execute operational tasks, identify process gaps, and leverage productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning for new hires, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
  • Handle expense documentation, purchase orders, reimbursements, and basic budget tracking with accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including international travel arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in administrative support, business support, or customer service roles supporting executive teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets related to events, travel, and training with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and high emotional intelligence.
