The Bear Creek School is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Office Services Manager to join our dynamic team within the education management sector. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the school's administrative services, ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and supportive environment for both staff and families. As the Office Services Manager, you will act as a key liaison between faculty, students, and parents, supporting the school's mission by maintaining exceptional service standards and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate communication between faculty, staff, students, and parents.
  • Oversee scheduling and calendar management for school events and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize school records, files, and correspondence.
  • Supervise support staff and provide training to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement to support smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facilities use and maintenance.
  • Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance workflow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office or administrative management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team while fostering a positive, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
