We are looking for talented technicians to help full-scale production of the Leo satellites. • Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
• Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Support some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
• Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
• Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
• Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures

• Basic Qualifications
• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification
• 1+ years of hand tools experience (Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches)
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system
• Preferred Qualifications
• Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license; prior telecom (fiber optics) experience a plus
• CFOT certification or equivalent experience
• Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience; ASE certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
• 1+ years able to read, interpret and work from engineering documentation and/or drawings
• Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
• 1+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration and/or Harness Integration experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment

  Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.   Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts) overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift times are Day shift 4X10 6am-4:30pm Wed-Sat (one team begins at 5am);
