Job Summary
Service Center Redmond – Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all‑purpose duties, which may include, but are not limited to: writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
Salary range: $60,000–$110,000 per year.
- Write estimates.
- Conduct process reviews.
- Check in customer vehicles.
- Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
- Finalize total loss administration.
- Provide post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers.
- Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

- 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
- Minimum age of 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy.
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License required.
- Consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
- Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures.
- Strong sales orientation.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Prioritization of competing tasks and adaptability to a fast‑paced environment.
