Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across various fields such as engineering, research and development, and financial systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring seamless integration of technical activities.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
  • Proficient in business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Earthworks.
  • 10 years of experience in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.
  • 10 years of experience in managing project cost and schedule.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in coordinating projects and making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Experience in recruiting, assigning, and directing employees while overseeing staff development.
  • Capability to analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility assessments.
  • Experience in reviewing and recommending or approving contracts and cost estimates.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects and direct the integration of technical activities.
  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
