Sr. Business Operational Analyst ONSITE

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Sr. Business Operational Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Business Operational Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support & Administrative department supporting engineering and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Business Operational Analyst

Location: Onsite (U.S.)/REMOTE

Pay Range: $60/Hour on W2

• Lead budget and headcount management for engineering client groups, supporting General Managers.
• Own fiscal year planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, engagement managers, and organizational planning teams.
• Prepare and deliver executive insights, reports, and presentations.

• Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale, complex budgets.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques such as forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
