UST is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Manager to serve as a key member of the team and an extension of the Client Group Leadership Team. This role requires a strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a bias for action to effectively support a complex and evolving Data Center Product.

• Drive communication and alignment of key business goals, priorities, and leadership messaging across the organization
• Develop and lead process improvement initiatives supporting culture programs such as hiring, onboarding, and organizational health
• Lead and execute cross-organizational strategic initiatives and change management programs
• Drive the execution of the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including business reviews, planning cycles, resource management, budget forecasting, staff meetings, and cross-organizational reporting
• Execute business plans to ensure continuity and operational effectiveness
• Establish and implement best practices for business operations planning and execution
• Partner with Client Leadership, HR, Finance, Administration, and stakeholders to manage and deliver strategic and special projects
• Lead and orchestrate fiscal year planning and priority-setting processes in collaboration with the leadership team

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in budget forecasting, resource planning, and governance processes

• Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8-12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or strategic business roles
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
