  We are hiring for a leading technology company headquartered in Redmond, WA.
• Role
  
  Summary:
  
  As a Business Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day operations and planning of the SMB team, assisting with budget management, travel coordination, hiring, and onboarding activities. You will play a crucial role in supporting the success of the team and its initiatives.

• Lead PCN Management and headcount tracking across the broader team.
• Support the internal continuation of business operations during all times, including periods of change or special circumstances through tactical execution of continuity plans.
• Support the annual budget process under the direction of others.
• Track the use of role‑based compliance trainings and new trainings, as well as collaborate on culture initiatives.
• Contribute to cross‑team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment.
• Partner with the communications team to land internal content such as email cascades.

• MUST‑Have Skills and
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• 8‑10 years overall experience in the field.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating newsletters and professional emails.
• Experience supporting a large team, ideally a global team.
• Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn CoPilot if not already familiar.
• Preferred Skills and
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree or data certification (e.g., Power BI or Excel certification).
• Previous Microsoft experience, business management or generalist background, office management, and experience working in a high‑speed environment.
