What’s the Job?- Provide hands‑on system and operational support to system integrators, resolving time‑sensitive requests within 24–48 hour SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and correct system issues directly, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and data quality.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external partners to remove blockers and prevent delays to factory operations.
- Track and communicate status updates, risks, and actions across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Support operational readiness by maintaining process standards, documentation, and performance metrics.
- 5–7 years of Project or Program Management experience in a fast‑paced operational or supply chain environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
- ERP experience, preferably SAP (2–5 years).
- Strong verbal/written communication, time‑management, and cross‑team coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP/PMI preferred.
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours (±2–3 hours of core business hours).
- Opportunity to work cross‑functionally and gain visibility with engineering, operations, and business teams.
