Lead II - Business Analysis
You AreUST is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Manager to serve as a key member of the team and an extension of the Client Group Leadership Team. This role requires a strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a bias for action to effectively support a complex and evolving Data Center Product.
The Opportunity- Drive communication and alignment of key business goals, priorities, and leadership messaging across the organization
- Develop and lead process improvement initiatives supporting culture programs such as hiring, onboarding, and organizational health
- Lead and execute cross-organizational strategic initiatives and change management programs
- Drive the execution of the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including business reviews, planning cycles, resource management, budget forecasting, staff meetings, and cross-organizational reporting
- Execute business plans to ensure continuity and operational effectiveness
- Establish and implement best practices for business operations planning and execution
- Partner with Client Leadership, HR, Finance, Administration, and stakeholders to manage and deliver strategic and special projects
- Lead and orchestrate fiscal year planning and priority-setting processes in collaboration with the leadership team
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and bias for action
- Proven experience in business program management or business operations roles
- Excellent organizational and execution capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across senior leadership, individual contributors, and support teams
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in budget forecasting, resource planning, and governance processes
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware engineering, or technology-driven organizations
- Exposure to Azure or large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience driving culture initiatives and organizational health programs
- Strong analytical and business reporting skills
- Ability to build scalable operational frameworks and governance models
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or strategic business roles
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Washington
Compensation Range$80,000-$120,000
BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
