Business Development Manager

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Business Development Manager 2 to join their team. As a Business Development Manager 2, you will be part of the strategic growth and operational support supporting multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Development Manager 2

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range:

• Support and manage day-to-day operations related to software management and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and project workflows.
• Own and execute specific project components, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, status updates, and reports to support project tracking and decision-making.
• Assist in managing access and setup of third-party tools and internal systems.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business administration or project coordination roles.
• At least 2 years experience working with Microsoft software and tools such as Teams and Entra .
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality.
