Our client, a leader in AI and developer-tools innovation, is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Business Management Office supporting two global engineering organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder partnership abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead end-to-end headcount management for two engineering organizations totaling ~2,500 employees
- Build, maintain, and optimize data reporting, dashboards, and insights using Excel, Power BI, and Share Point
- Support business leadership with organizational analysis, hierarchy reviews, and position number cleanup
- Drive operational excellence through ad hoc projects, including hiring best-practice initiatives (non-recruiting)
- Partner closely with Directors and the Business Management Office to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and execution excellence
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical, business, or related field
- 5+ years of headcount management experience
- 5+ years of data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI
- 5+ years of SharePoint and Power Point expertise
- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
