Position

Assistant Community Manager – Full time – Redmond, Washington 98052.

Pay Range: $54,500.00 – $77,500.00.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in maintaining and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy.
  • Coach and train leasing consultants to achieve community goals.
  • Determine community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants to meet those goals.
  • Lease apartment homes, manage and convert prospect leads, present and educate residents and prospective residents on community information.
  • Address and resolve customer service concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Help develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve the customer experience.
  • Support residents during move‑in, lease renewals, move‑out and resident transfers.
  • Call or visit competitive market communities to update the market survey and keep apprised of changing market conditions.
  • Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster positive community connections.
  • Follow all applicable AVB policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, particularly those related to fair housing.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment.
  • 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
