The Global Customer Experience organization is looking for a dynamic, energetic, results focused Executive Business Administrator to join the team and provide high level support for our executive. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail, and can embrace a challenge with high energy and a positive attitude.

As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Business Manager and other members of the Chief of Staff Office and GCX Leadership Team to provide seamless support. The position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work at the Microsoft executive level. The ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships, accommodate diverse working styles and be fair and unbiased are essential to success in this role, along with attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
The individual for this position must be willing to step in wherever help is needed and work closely with the CE&S LT Executive Admin team. The ability to clearly prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a global and cross-organizational team is essential.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for the executive
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics.
Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner.
Work closely with the Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation.
Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the Leaders' time.
