Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Greater Seattle Area. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized event professional who enjoys creating memorable corporate experiences while managing the details that make each event successful.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute corporate events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Research venues, hotels, vendors, and service providers while negotiating contracts and managing event‑related costs.
- Coordinate speakers, presenters, executives, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth event delivery.
- Manage attendee registration, event communications, on‑site logistics, and day‑of execution.
- Track event performance, measure ROI, prepare post‑event reporting, and maintain event data in Salesforce and marketing platforms.
- Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
