Program Management Coordinator
The Program Management Coordinator will provide support for various projects, programs, and communications within the Surface business. This role involves day-to-day program management, administrative tasks, executive and team communications, PowerPoint content creation, and preparation for business reviews and ad hoc presentations.
Key responsibilities include assisting with ongoing team needs and content creation for key meetings and discussions, supporting executive leadership updates and reviews, maintaining team roadmaps and status updates, handling finance administrative tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvement.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, 3-4 years of experience in project management or a related role, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach. Preferred Skills and Qualifications include experience in working with marketing or demand generation programs and familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
