Summary:
As a Non-Tech Project Manager, you will be responsible for project coordination, strategic planning, budgeting, change management, communication, and leadership.
Your role will contribute to supporting the online security products team and other executives as needed.
4. What are the key responsibilities? - Develop detailed plans and direct technical activities to accomplish project goals
- Coordinate with management and stakeholders to discuss project specifications and procedures
- Track and report key performance indicators to support data-driven decisions
- Support business operations continuity during change or special circumstances
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility
- Conduct business analysis to identify needs and devise solutions
- Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting
- Define and implement procedures and technologies for change management
- Communicate effectively with staff, stakeholders, and clients through various media
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees
- Contribute to cross-team projects and support the annual budget process

- 5-7 years of experience in project management or business management roles
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and strategic business management principles
- Proficiency in business intelligence and computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Additional experience in financial management, strategy, or business operations
