As the Global Emergency Services Product Lead, you'll define the strategy, vision, and execution for emergency connectivity capabilities that enable first responders, emergency service providers, governments, businesses, and communities to stay connected when every second matters.

Key job responsibilities:

• Own the global product strategy for Amazon LEO's Emergency Connectivity Services, driving the roadmap from concept through launch while partnering with engineering, operations, legal, regulatory, public policy, and external emergency services organizations.
• Define and execute the long-term product vision for emergency connectivity services worldwide.
• Build products that enable reliable satellite-based communications for first responders and emergency service providers.
• Drive end-to-end product development, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from design through launch.
• Establish partnerships with Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), emergency response organizations, regulators, and global stakeholders.
• Develop scalable solutions that support multiple countries, languages, regulatory environments, and emergency service integrations.
• Balance customer needs, operational excellence, and compliance requirements while delivering innovative solutions at global scale.
• Influence cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, legal, regulatory affairs, and public policy to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
