We are hiring on behalf of Microsoft, a leading technology company, to support their sustainability initiatives and help guide sellers in handling requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Role
Summary:
As a Non-IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and activities related to sustainability, analyzing market demands, developing RFP guidance and frameworks, and managing project schedules and communication.
What are the key responsibilities? - Coordinate and integrate technical activities to accomplish project goals.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
- Engage with Go-To-Market (GTM) and Regional Global Black Belts (GBBs) to develop RFP guidance and framework.
- Create a repository of RFPs for sharing among GBBs.
- Develop a standard RFP Executive Summary template and update repositories.
- Create a detailed project schedule and track project progress, performance, and quality.
- Communicate regularly with GTM and stakeholders, sharing data, insights, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to provide feedback and enhancements to the RFP process.
What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 years of overall experience in project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP certification.
