Program Analyst

Location:

One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052 Duration: 3 months contract with possibility of extension

Hours:

8am – 5pm or 9am – 5pm | M-F Client: CBRE Pay rate: $44.93/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Day to day tasks and responsibilities include:

• Coordinate EV charging projects, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Support daily EV charging operations by monitoring performance and addressing basic issues
• Assist in operations activities such as data tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors
• Provide project management support for planning and EV charger
• Manage and prioritize multiple administrative and coordination tasks across projects
• Engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and clients) to ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports for ongoing initiatives
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting timelines

Software/Technical

Skills:

• Proficient in basic computer operations and digital tools
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating spreadsheets, data tracking, analysis)
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports
• Ability to efficiently navigate and interpret Excel spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and task support

At least GED

Years of

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in data, EV charging infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives preferred.
