Coordinate Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes, leadership meetings, and operational cadences. Track action items and deliverables across stakeholders. Drive process improvements and support organizational compliance.

Headcount, Hiring & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding/offboarding, coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding logistics, and partner with HR, Recruiting, Procurement, and Security on workforce operations.

Communications & Content Management

Create and maintain internal communications, presentations, SharePoint content, and organizational documentation, along with operational trackers and process resources.

Events & Program Coordination

Plan and execute leadership forums, offsites, town halls, recognition programs, and engagement events, including logistics, vendor management, and budget reconciliation.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with leadership, HR, Finance, Procurement, Security, Facilities, and external vendors as a trusted operational point of contact.

What You'll Need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale organizations
