Technical Product Manager II — Enterprise SDK Integration Role Overview
The Technical Product Manager II — Enterprise SDK Integration owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for enterprise SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and integration capabilities that enable customers and partners to programmatically manage complex connectivity and enterprise activation workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, SDK architecture, API-first platform design, enterprise integration, customer activation, and cross-functional technical delivery
. The TPM defines the developer experience strategy, prioritizes the API surface area, partners closely with engineering and architecture teams, and drives alignment across product, engineering, commerce, security, customer success, and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience managing technical products in SDK, API, developer platform, networking, telecommunications, cloud, or enterprise SaaS environments
, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, influence distributed teams, and translate complex technical capabilities into scalable customer-facing solutions.
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SDKs, APIs, developer tools, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Own the SDK product vision, roadmap, and API surface area definition, including decisions regarding which enterprise workflows should be exposed programmatically.
- Prioritize SDK and API capabilities based on:
- Customer pain points
- Business objectives
- Technical feasibility
- Customer feedback
- Market demand
- Platform readiness
- Define the developer experience strategy to improve customer self-service, reduce implementation friction, and accelerate enterprise activation.
- Develop success metrics and track product performance across adoption, activation, utilization, retention, onboarding success, and usage growth.
- Own the lifecycle of SDK products across multiple programming languages, platforms, enterprise personas, and deployment models.
- Partner with engineering teams to define:
- SDK architecture
- Versioning strategies
- Release management processes
- Backward compatibility standards
- API-first product experiences
- Improve developer productivity through:
- Developer tooling
- Documentation

- Integration guides
- Technical playbooks
- Advocate for API-first product design and developer experience best practices, including:

- Define and deliver SDK capabilities supporting:

- Define integration frameworks supporting enterprise customers, partners, internal platform teams, and third-party connectivity models.
- Lead initiatives involving:
- REST APIs
- GraphQL services
- Event-driven architectures
- Authentication and identity management
- Cloud-native integrations
- Third-party platform connectivity
- Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Solution Architecture teams to create scalable and secure enterprise integration patterns.

- Partner with commerce, catalog, entitlement, billing, and fulfillment teams to ensure SDK and API functionality accurately represents:
