Location:Redmond, WA
Onsite during training for the first month, the role will be onsite 5 days/week, then will be hybrid 3 days/week matching the sponsor's schedule (currently Mon-Wed onsite). Daily Schedule & OT estimate: 40 hours/week, standard core hours, no OT, no EXPENSE.
Purpose of the TeamThe purpose of this team is to work on partnerships & licensing for a large gaming studio.
Key ProjectsThis role will contribute to license importing for a large gaming studio. Their job is to manage the partners and get new/replace partners that are not meeting expectations. Core game, development, outsourcing partners, support partners. Will be working with attorneys and handling standardized negotiations and forms that they use.
Typical Day in the RoleThe role will consist of 50-60% meetings, 25% working with attorneys on drafting agreements and negotiations, 15-20% managing processes for the triage.

8-10 overall years of experience in the field.

The ideal resume would contain 2-3 years of game industry business development. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail.
• Performance Indicators:
Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and a quick turnaround on contracts.
1. Minimum 5 years experience with Complex business negotiations
2. Minimum 5 years experience with Contract drafting and redlining
3. Minimum 5 years experience with Task management prioritization
Hard Skills AssessmentsThe assessment process will include 2 rounds, an initial screen with the sponsor, then a second round HSA with 2 members of the team. Candidates should have their previous related experience prepared prior to the assessment.
