Business Development Manager

This role supports business operations for a globally recognized gaming organization, focusing on supplier management, contract administration, and process improvement initiatives. The position offers hands-on experience with operational decision-making and external workforce programs.

• 2-4 years of contract management experience
• 2-4 years of negotiation experience
• 2-4 years of program/process management experience
• Experience working with suppliers and external partners
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Prior work experience at the client
• Business development, operations, or legal background preferred
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Business development, operations, or legal background preferred
• Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel;
  Enterprise Application experience a plus
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

• Maintain and develop internal and external relationships with business and technical peers
• Utilize processes to support development and maintenance of pipeline; prepare information for reporting to key stakeholders
• Assist with execution and deal management by communicating and reporting with stakeholders
• Support post-deal governance and execution plans by working with internal and partner stakeholders
• Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization
• Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements
• Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets
