Overview
The MAI Monetization organization powers Microsoft Advertising and the monetization of Microsoft’s AI products — spanning Copilot, Bing, and Edge. Our Product team builds AI-native advertising experiences that help advertisers achieve measurable growth through automation, recommendations, objective-based buying, and proprietary signals — while keeping user trust, relevance, and transparency at the center. Advertising is where user intent, marketplace economics, and large-scale AI systems meet, and it is one of the highest-impact surfaces at the company.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive execution across a high-impact area of our Ads monetization portfolio. You will own products end-to-end — turning direction into crisp requirements, driving prioritization, and partnering day-to-day with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship AI-powered experiences that grow revenue while improving quality, relevance, and trust. You will make data-informed decisions, instrument and land the metrics that matter, and keep programs moving from definition through launch.
This role suits a builder — a product manager who thrives close to engineering, is energized by shipping, and turns ambiguity into a concrete, prioritized backlog that teams can execute against.
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
