We are seeking a Program Manager to support finance-wide innovation initiatives. This role focuses on promoting solution adoption, supporting learning and skilling programs, and enabling knowledge sharing across the organization. The position involves contributing to the publication and promotion of business solutions, supporting migration to a new internal platform, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and driving change management activities for innovation-focused projects within finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end gallery review process, from submission intake through publication.
- Develop reporting and insights to track adoption, engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
- Support testing, user acceptance validation, and change management activities for a new internal hub.
- Create and maintain communications, training materials, and documentation.
- Execute and validate data migration activities supporting the transition from SharePoint to a custom web application.
- Participate in requirements gathering and testing discussions, providing feedback to technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, technical partners, and finance stakeholders.
- Conduct light prototyping and exploration of emerging technologies to demonstrate possibilities.
- Provide flexible support for additional initiatives within the innovation pillar as needed.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
8-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Experience leading or supporting solution launches, change management, testing, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
Skills:
Strong capabilities in program coordination, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process mapping, data validation, and reporting. Ideal candidates are self-starters, comfortable with executing deliverables with ambiguous direction, and able to loop in applicable audiences. Experience building solutions and administering tools is ideal.
Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with business applications and SharePoint. Familiarity with current AI tools from both consumer and maker perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with innovation programs or in finance-related organizations.
- Familiarity with general software engineering fundamentals.
