Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting supplier management, contract administration, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:Contract Administrator
Location:Redmond, WA (hybrid)
Pay Range: $27.51 - $29.86/hr
Duration:3 months (potential to extend)
- Manage inbound contract and negotiation requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing according to organizational standards.
- Support business operations by documenting processes, creating improvements, and maintaining key tools and reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and cloud/software agreements to support project needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management, negotiations, or business operations support.
- Experience working with suppliers and external partners in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
