Salary Range: $45/hr to $50/hr on W2 Introduction

This role is designed to support strategy, organizational change management, process management, and learning initiatives within the team. The position focuses on increasing business demand across multiple initiatives.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience in business process management.
Expertise in business process documentation and SOP development.
Proficiency in process mapping, Visio, and workflow design.
Technical writing and development of training materials and user guides.
Experience in EPC, construction, data center, project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating environments.
High visibility across EPC, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation teams.
Exposure to enterprise platforms including SAP EPPM, SAP ECC, Ariba, IBP, SCC, Icertis, Compass, and Omega 365.
Ability to influence process governance, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with enterprise systems and digital tooling.
Six Sigma certification preferred.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is a strong plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop SOPs and process documentation for Global Project Controls.
Create process flows and swimlane diagrams using Visio.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and user guides.
Develop training materials for business continuity, new process rollouts, and digital initiatives.
Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to ensure process alignment and improvement.
Identify process gaps and drive simplification and standardization initiatives.
