Business Development Manager 3

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager 3 to join their team. As a Business Development Manager 3, you will be part of the Business Development Department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $32/hr to $34/hr on W2

** What's the Job?*
* + Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

+ Develop strategic plans and proposals to meet business growth targets

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives

+ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience in business development or sales roles

+ 5-7 years of experience in Business Process Documentation & SOP Development

+ 5-7 years of experience in Process mapping/ Visio / Workflow Design

+ 5-7 years of experience in Technical writing, training material & user guide development

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills

+ Ability to analyze data and market insights effectively
