Hardware NPI Program Manager

Job Description Must have Degree: BA Degree or education in related field Top 3 must have hard skills:
Experience in International Shipping and Logistics, Receiving with a high preference in experience in Asia Jira for Engineering Development Minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management Top 3 must-have soft skills:
Scheduling – handle complication/uncertainty of program schedule Detail-oriented - monitor progress/deliverable, collect data/info and track actions Muti-tasking – be able to work with several suppliers on daily basis Good to have skills: NPI - new customer hardware Understanding the basic process of design/development for consumer electronic product Work independently with limited guidance

Qualification:

Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for development of schedules and resource planning Preferred experience within development and launch of consumer products. Highly organized Great attention to detail Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills Able to construct schedule models from the ground up without prior baseline Able to work in a new environment and pull input from various stakeholders Good at working cross functionally with different teams and functions Years of experience: 5-7 years How many rounds of interviews: 2-3 rounds of interviews Types of Interviews: 1st round – CWAM to run first round, experience in shipping and logistics and experience with XFN teams 2nd round – with a stakeholder/XFN, experience in shipping and logistics and experience with XFN teams Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
