Chief of Staff (Non-Technical)

Precognition Labs | Remote (US) | Seattle/Redmond Preferred

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that works closely with leadership to keep the company executing at a high level.

• Drive internal execution by tracking key initiatives and ensuring timely follow-through
• Coordinate customer meetings, manage action items, and drive follow-ups
• Manage our Linked In presence and support conference and marketing readiness
• Prepare quarterly stakeholder and investor updates, and coordinate follow-ups
• Work with vendors to manage back-office operations and administrative functions

• 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, Executive Operations, or similar cross-functional role
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a startup environment
• A true jack of all trades and master of a few

Remote within the US is welcome, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to work from the Redmond/Seattle area.

Base salary: $60,000-$120,000
