Within Microsoft Digital, Corporate Functions Team builds and manages integrated legal, digital workplace, and operational platforms that power Microsoft's employee and enterprise experiences. This includes services across campus operations, workplace services, immigration, contracts, litigation, eDiscovery, nonprofits, Elevate, and legal operations. These are enterprise-grade internal platforms, with high-trust security and compliance expectations, live-site and QoS rigor, and an AI-first mandate to transform how work gets done.

Microsoft Digital's Corporate Functions organization is seeking a Product Manager II to help reimagine how Microsoft operates through AI, automation, and intelligent enterprise platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, product strategy, engineering, and AI innovation.

You will define and drive product strategy for a portfolio of enterprise platforms supporting Legal function  will work with engineering teams, business leaders, data scientists, and AI specialists to create agentic experiences that reduce operational toil, improve employee experiences, and generate measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep product management fundamentals with systems thinking, business acumen, customer obsession, and a passion for applying AI to transform how work gets done. You are comfortable moving between strategic planning, customer discovery, roadmap definition, data analysis, engineering discussions, and executive storytelling. You thrive in ambiguity and lead through influence rather than authority.
