About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting one of ourpremier clients in the technology sector. In this role, you will be part of theteam responsible for a large-scale laboratory and research portfolio consisting of approximately 32 buildings and more than 4 million square feet of space. Working closely with Facilities Managers,Engineering and Maintenance teams, client stakeholders, vendors, and service providers, you will help coordinate day-to-day operations and contribute to asafe, efficient, and high-performing workplace environment while working onsitewith the client in Redmond, WA.

A key responsibility of this role is supporting the Maintenance and Engineering teams through work order management, includingrunning, tracking, and analyzing reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and support operational decision-making. As part of CBRE'sFacilities Management team, you'll gain exposure to a fast-paced,client-focused environment where your organizational, analytical,communication, and problem-solving skills will directly contribute to the success of this high-profile account.

What You’ll Do:
  • Regularly monitor work orders to ensure their timely completion and closure.
  • Generate, track and analyze work order reports to identify trends and monitor performance.
  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Acknowledge and address all client inquiries related to the site, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Review work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address site issues.
  • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions.
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience in facilities.
  • Some exposure to finance-related tasks required. Experience with purchase order creation and invoice process preferred.
  • Must be self-sufficient and can work independently.

    Candidate should also be resourceful and proactive in seeking clarification when needed.
  • Must possess strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

    Experience using a CMMS and familiarity with utilizing AI powered tools to support productivity and report are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities are required.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
