** Overview*
* Microsoft's Core Commerce organization empowers all Microsoft businesses and third parties to bring their products and services to market across all channels and clouds.

Within Core Commerce, the Pricing & Charge Platform team powers how Microsoft defines, calculates, and executes pricing and monetization across the commercial ecosystem. Our platform enables pricing configuration, discounting, charge computation, and other foundational capabilities that support diverse commercial business models on a global scale.

As a Product Manager, you will help build the next generation of commerce pricing and charge capabilities that enable the business to rapidly bring new offerings to market while maintaining accuracy, flexibility, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with engineering, finance, business planning, and other platform teams to design reusable "Build Once, Benefit Many" capabilities that create value across multiple products, channels, and clouds.

The Product Manager owns platform capability end-to-end, from customer discovery and requirements definition through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, customer focus, utilizing AI to scale and execute.

Join us to shape the future of Microsoft's commerce platform by building resilient services, driving platform consistency, and enabling intelligent, data-driven decision-making at scale.

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA.

** Responsibilities*
* + Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Core Commerce Pricing and Charge capabilities, aligning business and customer needs with platform priorities and modernization goals.

+ Partner with business, engineering, finance, operations, and downstream teams to identify customer needs, translate monetization scenarios into requirements, and define outcomes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and execution plans.

+ Collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, compliant, reliable, and scalable pricing and charge capabilities across products, channels, customer segments, and commercial models, balancing customer value, technical constraints, and platform investments.

+ Help define and maintain product capabilities, APIs, contracts, and platform standards that promote reuse, interoperability, and extensibility, in partnership with senior product and engineering owners.

+ Use customer feedback, operational insights, market trends, and data to recommend priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and make informed product decisions.

+ Define and track success metrics-including adoption, pricing agility, charge accuracy, efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes-and use the results to drive continuous improvement.

+ Coordinate cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, surfacing risks, aligning stakeholders, and partnering with senior owners to resolve complex issues.

+ Communicate product goals, roadmap, progress, decisions, and business impact to partners, customers, and leadership; use AI and data-driven practices to improve analysis, documentation, and product development.

** Qualifications*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + 3+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, software engineering, or equivalent experience delivering technology products, services, or platform capabilities.

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize investments, manage dependencies, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.

+ Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, articulate customer and business outcomes, and influence stakeholders across disciplines and levels.

+ A growth mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a demonstrated ability to learn new skills and domains, seek feedback, and adapt based on evidence and changing customer needs.

+ Experience related to Fin Ops or commercializing software, services, cloud products, or platform capabilities through offers, pricing, marketplace, or go-to-market systems.

+ Experience defining or delivering foundational platforms, shared services, or reusable capabilities used across multiple products, businesses, channels, or clouds.

+ Experience using customer research, market analysis, product telemetry, experimentation, and business metrics to inform priorities and measure product impact.
