We're more interested in who you are and how you lead people than whether you've held a General Manager title before. We can teach systems and processes. What we can't teach is the ability to create an environment where guests and team members genuinely want to be.

The starting salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
