+ Run localization at global scale (200+ languages, 244 markets):
Coordinate localization assets, in-market reviews, approvals, and release timing with clear gates aligned to the integrated release calendar.
+ Own portfolio program management across the web roadmap:
Drive integrated planning across work streams, including timelines, milestones, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive-ready status reporting.
+ Drive process improvement through the full delivery lifecycle:
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to intake, prioritization workflows, review cycles, approvals, and launch readiness routines.
+ Lead vendor operations and governance:
Manage vendor SOW (Statement of Work) governance, onboarding and offboarding, capacity planning, budget visibility, performance reviews, and Q (Quarterly Business Review)-ready scorecards to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
+ Own web team playbooks and hub:
Maintain a "How to work with us" hub housing core artifacts such as team charter, intake forms, templates, working agreements, onboarding documents, RACIs (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), tiering frameworks, stakeholder maps, escalation paths, and project communication plans.
** Qualifications*
