Job Duties As our Service Operations Coordinator
, you will provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process; booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP, initiate invoice down payments, requisition parts, follow-up with customers, and coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs.
The role interacts with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication.
You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience to KONE along with an appetite for learning a new industry. A High School education or equivalent.
Other Listed Duties as Needed
- Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.
- Book quoted repair orders and requisition parts
- Schedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain Technician on-call Scheduler, for overtime calls for Technicians and Supervisors
- Assist Service / Repair Supervisor
- Audit completeness and accuracy of orders
- Update SAP
- Provide internal Technician support
- Assist with permitting and permit management
- Assist with invoice dispute and initiate invoices
- Manage and order Office Supplies li>
- Reporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings
- Additional duties as assigned
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
