Our client, a leading organization in the digital marketing and business operations sector, is seeking a Program Managerto join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Business Operations and Management team supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Remote (will need to come onsite in Redmond, WA once a month or once every couple of months)
Pay Range:$59/hr to $62/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and improve scalable business processes supporting marketing execution and resource planning
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate and optimize operational workflows
• Manage and maintain operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and reporting platforms
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and training resources to ensure process consistency
• Partner with leadership to support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing programs, especially in B2B environments
• Proficiency with operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
