* Oversee the time recording and resource demands made by project and program teams.
* Provide a full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programs.
* Coordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) that is timely and accurate.
* Ensure projects and programs operate within defined Project Governance controls and meet required recording standards.
* Provide financial and resource planning and management support.
* Assist with planning in support of project and program governance, including project plans and risk and issue logs.
* Help develop and maintain resource model estimates and track resource movements.
* Coordinate and, where appropriate, lead various forums, boards, or meetings.
* Train and support colleagues on process and tool usage.
* Experience in business operations and executive reporting.
* Proficiency in stakeholder coordination and SharePoint administration.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
* Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities.
