Overview
Our client, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction operations and contract oversight. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What the Job?
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction and operating workers on-site
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve construction methods, equipment performance, and project efficiency
- Review project operations and collaborate with technical and administrative staff to resolve construction issues
- Develop and oversee project tracking and quality control systems to ensure standards are met
- Hire, train, evaluate, and resolve personnel grievances to maintain a productive team environment
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate s degree in business or related field preferred - 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction project management or contract oversight
- Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
