Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This permanent, full-time position offers a great opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and challenging construction projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion, including managing subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high quality control standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Implement and enforce site-specific safety procedures, ensuring the safety of all workers and the public.
  • Manage the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize loss and waste.
  • Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience leading environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/deconstruction, or habitat restoration projects.
    • Demonstrated experience with multi-disciplinary staff executing construction projects.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of time to project sites across multiple states for project execution as needed.
    • Supervisor Training.
