Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $71.93 - $79.12

• Prepare contract strategy documents and support development of scopes of work
• Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre‑bid meetings
• Establish negotiation plans and lead or participate in supplier negotiations
• Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals, and coordinate project‑specific insurance needs
• Communicate with the home office and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders and clients

• 5–10 years of procurement and contract administration experience, ideally in construction or data center environments
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI development, contract requirements, and sourcing methodologies
• Ability to build solid supplier relationships and collaborate effectively across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Experience structuring and leading negotiations to optimize project value
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑priority construction environment
