Position: Construction Manager 2
Our client, Microsoft Corporation a  
** leader in data center construction and operations** , is seeking a  
** Construction Manager 2
** to join their team. As a  
** Project Coordinator** , you will be part of the  
** Datacenter Construction & Operations (DCOC) Department** , supporting  
** Construction Managers, Design Teams, and DCOC Program Leadership** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail** , which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $54.05 - $59.47 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and maintain project documentation including compliance records, closeout materials, and reporting to ensure alignment with program controls.

+ Support site operations tasks such as Datacenter Access Control, escort scheduling, stop work tracking, and procurement coordination.

+ Assist Construction Managers with field activities-attending site walks, tracking materials, and reviewing logistics and safety plans.

+ Prepare executive-level project reports, meeting documentation, and facilitate clear communication across teams.

+ Support onboarding, training, and integration of new team members into DCOC processes and systems.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

+ 2-5 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or project administration.

+ Working knowledge of construction processes, cost management, scheduling, and quality control principles.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, One Note) and PMIS platforms such as Procore.

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
