Kleinfelder's Redmond, WA office is seeking an experienced Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team.

- Hourly range: $21.09 - $35.22
We're looking for individuals with strong initiative, who will perform construction observation and materials testing on various projects to verify conformance to construction plans and specifications.
Required Certifications and Experience- 1+ year of soil and concrete testing experience
- ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1 certification
- Radiation safety training for the operation of a nuclear density gauge
- ICC certifications
- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to use a computer and have a general knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and photo management software
- Ability to learn and grow with technological demands pertaining to daily field reports and field data
The successful candidate will be encouraged to expand their skills and certifications through company provided training and mentoring. Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check or Live Scan fingerprinting based on specific project requirements, and be willing to travel throughout Washington.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
