SWOPE SOLUTIONS LLC – Redmond, OR 97756. Full‑time position. The company focuses on fast, high‑quality bath remodeling. The Fast Bath service offers rapid turnaround and quality fixtures.

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Construction Remodel Helper to join our renovation team. This role is an excellent opportunity to build a career in construction and remodeling while learning hands‑on skills from an experienced crew.

• Assist the remodeling team with residential renovation tasks.
• Demolition and job site preparation.
• Basic framing and carpentry assistance.
• Flooring installation assistance (LVP, tile, etc.).
• Painting, caulking, and finish work.
• Material handling and tool organization.
  
  Job site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Safely operating hand and power tools.
• Following instructions from project leads and supervisors.
• Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicating project needs, material shortages, or concerns to supervisors.
• Learning new construction and remodeling skills on the job.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
  
  Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is helpful, but not required.
• Construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not necessary.
