Construction Manager 5 - Microsoft Corporation | Tolleson, AZ (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Data Center Development team supporting cross-functional project and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing large-scale mission critical construction projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5

Location: Tolleson, AZ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $87.03 - $93.73 per hour

• Manage the delivery of lease data center construction projects from lease execution through Ready for Service (RFS)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Security, EHS, and Site Selection teams
• Ensure lease providers comply with contract requirements, project schedules, safety standards, and Microsoft best practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project development, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Advocate for and maintain a safe construction worksite while driving schedule, quality, and cost objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing Data Center or Mission Critical Facility construction projects
• Ability to read and understand commercial lease agreements
• Construction Health & Safety knowledge; OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams independently
