Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative and project support activities for multiple active construction projects.
- Manage permitting, compliance tracking, inspection coordination, and follow-up with municipal agencies.
- Maintain construction documentation, project records, schedules, logs, reports, and project management system updates.
- Support communication between Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Track project deadlines, documentation requirements, and action items to help ensure timely project progress.
- Assist with project administration tasks such as subcontractor documentation, invoices, contracts, and budget-related support as needed.
- Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
